A Little Bit About Me
HI! I’m Katie and I’m the owner of Mane angels. I’ve been working behind the chair for over 13 years. I started my business in 2017, with my main goals being to give incredible customer service as well as create an environment for everyone to feel welcomed into and enjoy their hairdressing experience. Hair salons can be intimidating and scary, but here at Mane Angels, we have created the most comfortable little space, with a splash of colour here and there!
We are known for being Dundee’s best hair salon for vivid hair colours as well as specialising in Blondes and balayage! No matter the challenge or what your hair needs are, we are always happy to help.

Every cut and colour service is completely unique to each individual, these prices should be seen as a rough guide and vary depending on each individual. All new customers are required to book a consultation before visiting the salon, we will do all patch and stand tests during your consultation.

What are your opening hours?
What is your cancellation policy?
Here at Mane Angels, we have a strict cancellation policy which applies to all appointments. If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of your appointment time you will be charged a 50% fee of the total bill that you would have been due.
If for any reason you forget your appointment or you miss an appointment, then you will be charged a fee of 100% of your bill that would’ve been due.
Do you require new customers to have a patch test?
All new colour customers are required to come in for a consultation prior to booking.This is a great opportunity for us to meet before your colour appointment. In this consultation appointment we will chat about all things to do with your hair including your end goal, your budget, your time frame, any allergies,your lifestyle and hobbies, home care and previous hair history. Believe it or not but all these factors are so important to consider when it comes to hair! We will also use this opportunity to do any hair tests necessary including colour patch tests! You will be charged £20 for this appointment, however if you choose to go ahead and book in with us this will act as a non refundable deposit towards your colour appointment. In some cases (i.e colour corrections and larger colour appointments) a larger deposit may be required.
